Engineering Scope

Electrical Engineering

Power distribution, medium-voltage and substation design, and NFPA 70E arc-flash and short-circuit/coordination studies for Coatesville's plate-mill, metal-fabrication, and heavy-manufacturing facilities along the Route 30 corridor, where large connected loads and aging Chester County feeders demand verified protection. PE-licensed designs cover switchgear, motor control, lighting, and grounding for plant expansions and capacity upgrades.

Controls & Automation Engineering

PLC/SCADA, HMI, control-panel design, and systems integration on Allen-Bradley/Rockwell platforms for Coatesville-area fabrication shops, finishing lines, and food/consumer-goods producers modernizing legacy relay and standalone controls. We retrofit machinery, tie discrete cells into plant-wide supervisory systems, and document the panels and networks so your maintenance team can support them. Coatesville teams can add segmented OT network design, UL 508A panel build, and field installation through a fixed-fee package or managed T&M engagement.

Process Engineering

Process design, P&IDs, and mechanical/utilities engineering for Coatesville and greater Chester County plants, from compressed air, steam, water, and material-handling utilities serving metalworking and fabrication to sanitary process and packaging systems for food and chemical manufacturers. Build-ready packages are coordinated with the electrical and controls scope so projects install once and run.
