Engineering Scope

Electrical Engineering

Power distribution, arc-flash and short-circuit studies, substation and medium-voltage design for the mixed manufacturing, metal-fabrication, and packaging plants along Downingtown's US-30 and Route 113 corridors. We size and document service upgrades for older Chester County facilities adding lines or load, and deliver NEC-compliant one-lines, panel schedules, and coordination studies.

Controls & Automation Engineering

PLC/SCADA, HMI, UL 508A control-panel design, and full systems integration on Allen-Bradley/Rockwell platforms for Downingtown-area production and process lines. We migrate aging PLC and relay logic on legacy general-manufacturing equipment, integrate OEM machinery, and stand up SCADA visibility without disrupting running shifts. Downingtown projects can combine industrial network architecture, panel build, and installation through full-scope execution, fixed-fee scope, or T&M support with project management.

Process Engineering

Process design, P&IDs, and mechanical and utility engineering for food, beverage, and chemical operations in and around Downingtown. We document utilities (steam, compressed air, process water, and East Branch Brandywine watershed discharges), lay out equipment for tight existing footprints, and tie process scope cleanly to the electrical and controls packages.
