Engineering Scope

Electrical Engineering

PE-stamped power distribution, arc-flash and coordination studies, substation, and medium-voltage design for Phoenixville's mixed manufacturing base along the French Creek and Schuylkill corridor. We work with the realities of older mill-era facilities that have been re-tenanted for modern production, modernizing aging service entrances, MCCs, and feeders to support new process loads and code-compliant, safe operations.

Controls & Automation Engineering

PLC/SCADA, HMI, control panel design, and systems integration built on Allen-Bradley/Rockwell platforms for general manufacturers and fabricators across northern Chester County. We follow ISA-88 batch structure and tie new automation and MES data into the legacy machinery common on Phoenixville plant floors, giving operators reliable, supportable control without forcing a full equipment replacement. Phoenixville plants can add segmented OT network architecture plus panel assembly and field installation through a fixed-fee scope or managed T&M support.

Process Engineering

Process design, P&IDs, and mechanical/utilities engineering for the food and beverage, specialty chemical, and light-industrial producers that anchor Phoenixville's revitalized industrial district. We size utilities, document process flows, and coordinate mechanical, structural, and architectural scope so a line expansion or new product fits the building and the local PA permitting it actually has to clear.
