Engineering Scope

Electrical Engineering

Power distribution, medium-voltage and substation design, and NEC-compliant electrical engineering for Pottstown's mix of legacy metals/fabrication shops and modern light-industrial plants along the Route 422 corridor. We deliver arc-flash and short-circuit/coordination studies, MEP design, and load growth planning that brings aging Schuylkill Valley facilities up to current code and capacity.

Controls & Automation Engineering

PLC/SCADA programming, HMI development, UL 508A control panel design, and full systems integration on Allen-Bradley/Rockwell platforms for Pottstown manufacturers automating or retrofitting older production lines. We handle migrations off obsolete controllers, OEM equipment integration, and FAT/SAT and commissioning so TriCounty plants modernize without unplanned downtime. That work can include plant-network racks, managed switches and firewalls, UL 508A panel build and installation, with fixed-fee or T&M project delivery.

Process Engineering

Process design, P&IDs, and mechanical/utilities engineering for the food processing, chemical, and general manufacturing operations around Pottstown and Montgomery County. We define utility systems, process flow, and equipment scope, adding GAMP5 documentation for regulated lines and design-build coordination that fits established Schuylkill River-corridor facilities.
